As a Captain at Motiv8 Sports, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of sports holiday camps while providing a fun and engaging environment for children. My duties include:

Overseeing and Training Leaders: Provide guidance and support to camp leaders, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Looking After Campers: Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during activities.

Motivating and Entertaining Children: Engage campers through energetic and interactive activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Setting Up and Packing Up Activities: Prepare equipment and materials for daily activities, as well as ensuring proper storage and organization at the end of each day.

Cooking BBQ Lunch: Prepare and serve BBQ lunches for campers, adhering to food safety standards and dietary requirements.

Operating Point of Sale: Manage transactions at the canteen and merchandise area, handling cash and ensuring accuracy in sales records.

Assist my dad with general grounds and garden maintenance with his business at a health and wellness retreat on weekends or during school holidays. Ensure the grounds are neat, tidy and presentable for guests at the resort. My responsibilities include:

Blowing down the footpaths and driveways, mowing, cleaning the pool, staining timberwork and additional tasks as required.
