* Operate and maintain heavy machinery, tools, and equipment on the rig floor. This includes lubricating, cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment.

* Assist in all phases of drilling and well completion, such as installing casing and performing other tasks as needed.

* Keep tools organised, clean, and readily accessible to the driller and other crew members.

* Rigorously follow all safety protocols and procedures, wear personal protective equipment, and participate in safety meetings.

* Ensure the rig floor and surrounding areas are kept clean and free of hazards to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.

* Work as a team to lift heavy items and complete tasks, and communicate effectively with all crew members

* Maintaining a clean work area on the floor, around well head, catwalk, Koomi shack, rig carrier, combination shack
(tool house, lunchroom and toilet), and crew vehicles.
* Assist, Floorhand, Driller, Derrickman and Lead Floorman to complete Rig Up/Down tasks
* General rig operations
* Use basic hand tools

* Responsible for cleaning and preparing tubular (tubing, drill pipe, drill collars, casing etc.)

* Ensure any potential spills are accounted for and ensuring the thread protectors are contained when removing them
* Clean and pressure wash equipment
* Assist in rig operations as directed by the Driller

• All aspects of plumbing, drainage and roofing – replacing and unblocking toilets, receding taps, installing hot water systems, clearing blocked drains and using drain cameras. New home builds - all drainage, down pipes and suspended drains. Commercial - large commercial sites from beginning to completion, working on new food business fit outs and maintenance and replacement of fixtures in commercial premises including shopping centres.
