• Supporting high care needs young individuals with range of daily tasks in accordance with their support plans (PEG feeding, administering medication, personal hygiene, hoisting, standing
  frame, using eye gaze, etc.).
• Accompanying clients during their community access activities/ outings as well as to medical appointments.
• Keeping detailed daily logs with care actions, clients' behaviors, and incidents.
• Maintaining safety with tidy, clean, and hazard-free home environments.
• Mentoring and guiding new staff.

Undertaking on-the-job full-time training through host-employer Trilogy Disability Services in order to obtain Cert III in Individual Support (Disability):

• Obtaining necessary skills to assist clients with daily living needs (personal care, mealtime management, manual handling/ hoisting, using allied health equipment, etc.)
• Assisting clients with running errands and household chores.
• Building and maintaining rapport with clients and their families to facilitate trusting caregiver relationship

Home visits to client with dementia, providing social interaction and companionship.
