Summary

I was in hospitality for the first 15years of my work life. I have always been passionate about swimming and believeing thay everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim, its a life skill. So I completely changed my career and followed my passion to become a swim teacher/coach and business owner.

I believe we all learn differently and adaption is imperative to the progression and development of a child/adults learning ability, not only in an aquatic environment.

I believe safety comes first, team work and growth is important and my values are based on that.

I am wanting to stay in a company where I am able to bring extra value, not only to the business but the people and children that I get to work with and develop long lasting relationships.
