Summary

For the past 15 years I have worked as an independant Property Consultant, retained exclusively by companies to plan, execute and manage their retail portfolios and head offices.

I have long term associations with each company I am retained by. My role as Property Strategist/Consultant works alongside the senior management teams (CEO/CFO, Retail Directors, Project Managers, Solicitors) and due to my retail knowledge, I am also often the conduit between the design and shopfitting teams. My various roles have provided a depth of experience and versatility across different companies, industries and property requirements.

The expansion of my partner brand portfolio has mostly occurred as a result of key senior management moving on and recommending my services as a property consultant to their new companies and colleagues. This is testament to the long term trust I have fostered and results I have achieved with each company over the years.

My original education, background and passion is design and brand management which gives me a unique insight into the business of brands and aesthetics and I believe is what separates me in the property landscape.

I pride myself in developing positive, long-term relationships at all levels within each company that I work with, from the board to the sales floor. I have also built strong and trusted relationships with landlords, agents and brokers which are key to achieving consistently positive outcomes for all parties.
