  • Liaison with Government Departments and stakeholders including Emergency Service Organisations, Ministry of Health and Ministers office, word processing and general secretarial duties
  • Provide advice to the Chief Executive on matters of importance as and when they arise
  • Responsible for various executive level committees over my tenure in this role including Board, Executive Leadership, Strategic Management and Audit Committees
  • Role includes preparation of papers, taking minutes, room bookings and attendee management.
