  • Manage case loads of 15 individual families between the ages of 16 to 25 years & perform weekly visits with children and families.
  • Administer reunification service, court ordered, criminal matters regarding children and families, including supervised visits.
  • Supporting victims of domestic violence offering emotional support to clients, providing the needed information, accompanying clients to court, working as a liaison, holding weekly support groups. Providing crisis management to clients affected with alcohol or drug dependencies, and providing support for the child victims.
  • Serve as clients advocates to coordinated required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
  • Interview individuals to compile information on social, educational, criminal, institutional or drug history.
  • Provided optimal parental support for behavioural problems, support families with children's involvement in school and provide ongoing educational programs with family members during times of intervention.
  • Directing program activities and providing opportunities for family involvement. Coordinating parent education services and also responsible to ensure the program meets the goals and objectives laid out with the family. Liaison between the student, home, school, and the family, providing information on rules and regulations.
