Natalie Ioannou

A friendly, outgoing and compassionate individual currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Primary and Physical Education/Sport). A prior experience completing a Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation, developed the knowledge and interest in working with children, especially those with additional needs. I am pleased to provide a letter of reference for Natalie Ioannou. I have known Natalie for 6 years, and in that time I have worked with her in my role as her Year 7 Coordinator in 2015, and most recently, I have taught her for Year 12 Health & Human Development this year. Natalie is a delightful young lady and as a student she is exceptionally hard working. 

Natalie is a conscientious and diligent student with unflinching positivity. She is an independent and self-motivated worker, but at the same time she also works well in group situations. Natalie always sets herself high standards and she consistently achieves exemplary grades across all subject areas. 

During her time at Rosehill Secondary College, Natalie has been involved in a myriad of co- curricular activities. She has enthusiastically participated in many school sports events, carnivals and camps. Natalie has been a student leader and worked with staff to improve the teaching and learning programs in the school. When she was in Year 11, Natalie participated in the Peer Support program where she underwent training to deliver a series of pastoral care activities for our Year 7 students. Through her participation in this program, she developed many positive leadership, managerial and teamwork skills. As a member of the Rosehill community, Natalie is well-respected by her peers and teachers and she always demonstrates the school’s values of Respect, Initiative and Learning. 

Natalie has a warm sense of humour, a cheerful disposition and an outgoing personality. She shows integrity and maturity beyond her years and she is a genuinely caring and compassionate person. Natalie is incredibly resilient and she will succeed in life with whatever she chooses to do. 

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Natalie over the years, and particularly, teaching her this year. I could not recommend a student more highly.
