• Working closely with staff specialists, GPs, community nurses, and allied health services to facilitate optimal patient care and improve the patient journey.
• Maintaining a high level of clinical skills required to deliver care, including cannulation, venepuncture, physical and psychosocial assessments, medication preparation and administration via multiple routes, expert CVAD management, and wound care
• Maintaining open lines of communication across disciplines and between health care professionals, patients, and their carers
• Excellent listening and counseling skills, identifying when to refer to other services, including social work and clinical psychology
• Reviewing pathology results and making decisions on the patient’s treatment requirements in conjunction with medical staff.

● Working closely with naturopaths, integrative medicine doctors, general practice doctors, allied health practitioners and complementary medicine practitioners to deliver expert integrated health care to patients

● Autonomously running an IV Vitamin Clinic, maintaining excellent cannulation skills, intravenous therapy and anaphylaxis management

● Monitoring results of patients as ordered by medical staff and managing a recall system for all patients results
