Summary

I am a highly motivated person who thrives in challenging positions where there is space for personal and professional growth. I am very passionate about leadership and building relationships with my colleagues, where they also feel supported to develop and utilize the breadth of their skills. I have spent most of my nursing career dedicated to the specialty of cancer care, which I remain passionate about; however, in recent times, I have thoroughly enjoyed working in a remote telehealth setting and building upon my leadership and management skills in a way I never imagined was possible as a registered nurse. The development of the telehealth space and home care excites me, as I believe it contributes to positive patient outcomes, enhancing the care of, and support for, people in the community. I wish to obtain a position within an aligned team, where I can continue to contribute positively to the lives of others, and support other health care professionals to do the same.
