I am leader of integrity, who leads with the dignity of every person always at the fore, as well as at the core of my work. By nature I am an intuitive, inclusive and a impactful networker, complemented by high levels of engagement and community building, and a presence in school, parish and local community.

I am an extensively experienced educational leader, leading staff with curriculum design and development, building capacity of staff, and fostering a staff culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. I lead strategic initiatives with strong vision, enhancing learning opportunities and striving for student success in an inclusive, innovative and collaborative environment. I ensure enhanced learning outcomes, through knowledge of best teaching practise and student learning experiences, which drive continuous improvement, and enable all students to flourish.
