FUN STUFF

I practice Pilates, Yoga and modern Dance a few times per week which is not only perfect for injury prevention but for my wholistic mental well-being and dancing is fun!, Stand Up Boarding would be next on my list, enjoying the sunshine, ocean air or zooming along the river, enjoying the wildlife., I love anything to do with the outdoors, to me this is my “happy place”
