I am a strategic and community-focused leader with extensive experience in organisational leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement across Australia and Papua New Guinea. In my role, I oversee multi-million dollar funding portfolios across federal, state, local government and philanthropic streams, ensuring strong financial oversight, compliance, and program accountability while reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
I have experience managing statewide service delivery across rural Western Australia, overseeing operations across six locations supporting programs that work with vulnerable and at-risk communities, including young people experiencing homelessness, refugees, and individuals facing poverty and social disadvantage.
I bring strong regional knowledge of Papua New Guinea’s cultural, social, and development landscape, supported by established networks across government, civil society, and grassroots organisations. My community engagement has included initiatives supporting women’s empowerment, community protection, and advocacy against Sorcery Accusation Related Violence (SARV).
I hold a Bachelor of Economics and Business Law and I am currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), expected 2027, further strengthening my strategic leadership and governance capabilities. I am fluent in Tok Pisin and the Engan dialect, enabling meaningful engagement with communities across Papua New Guinea. I am deeply committed to advancing locally led development, gender equality, and sustainable community impact.
