Summary

Skilled professional with extensive experience in Events, Customer Service and administration throughout a variety of roles and positions. My experience in major venues has allowed me to develop my management & leadership skills with a variety of customers, stakeholders and staff alike. My role as a PA allowed me to develop my administration skills including the management of calendars and meetings, organising travel arrangements as required and preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings. In my role as a Cinema Manager I have been able to adapt and further develop my communication and administration skills along with my leadership skills, and put into practice what I have previously learnt in a new field of employment. Throughout all my roles I have been responsible for recruiting, onboarding and processing new employees including all payroll tasks associated with staffing.
