KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Packing and preparation: Working with a checklist, are responsible for preparing all events to be taken on-site. This includes packing hardware, branding food and drink containers, selecting and packing props and flowers, as well as basic food preparation.
• General warehouse organization: Maintaining a clean and organized working space, you handle various warehouse-related tasks such as dropping off and collecting laundry, unpacking completed events, returning items to their designated areas, ensuring the dishes are clean, and keeping the kitchen spotless.
• Accepting deliveries and maintaining general housekeeping: receive and cross-check all deliveries of produce, branding materials, packaging, and other items to ensure accuracy. If any issues arise, such as missing stock or incorrect deliveries, you communicate them to the operations team.
• Troubleshooting on the go: The ability to think quickly and adapt is crucial. Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
• Assisting the Cart Chauffeur with various tasks.
• Conducting inventarisation for packaging, dry goods, perishable items, beverages, glasses, and props.
• Creating bunches of greenery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serving fun: delivering Woofys delicious food and drinks with friendly, positive attitude and smile
• Client engagement and on-site liaison: brand rep on client sites and assist with maintaining excellent client relationships, proactively handling any arising issues (and notifying manager), and troubleshooting on go, pulling off one seamless event after another
• Setting up and packing down: assisting with bump in and bump out and ensuring event is packed down ready for bump out
• Follow Food Safety Program and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) rules and regulations
