Actively worked with my Centre Director to ensure our Centre is the leading provider of early learning and care in our local market. Developing my leadership skills to build the capabilities of the Centre Team and supporting them in making the Centre a safe and engaging place for children, families, and the team. Embed best practice within the Centre and coach Educators to deliver outstanding performance. Also developed my business administration skills to proactively contribute to the Centre’s performance across all targets. Working closely with our Centre Director to ensure our Centre meets, as a minimum, the National Quality Standards (NQS), strived to positively influence overall Centre contribution results through our daily interactions with Educators. In the absence of the Centre Director, I was required to effectively lead and manage the Centre as a Responsible Person within Goodstart’s guardrails, recognising when to pull in state or expert services to achieve Centre targets.
