I develop long-lasting professional relationships with staff and outside agencies to support my role. I take pride in my work, working collaboratively with staff, students, and the community, and value the input of all members of the team to successfully run a school. As an instructional leader, I have demonstrated my ability to lead educational change processes that have delivered significant positive impacts at both Redlynch State College and Atherton State High School with improved achievements for staff and students. I am valued and respected by my peers, including Principals and Deputy Principals. I am a team player and passionately believe - it takes a village to raise a child.
