1. Audit into the Efficiency of the Orthopaedic Supported Discharge Team

  • Initiated an audit in liaison with the team lead to optimise service delivery
  • Collected and analysed data regarding bed usage, referrals, readmissions and discipline contribution. This allowed for reflection into the productivity of the service to ensure we were meeting the goals of the team and making changes where required


2. Alfred Health Weekend Service Review Project

  • Worked within a team of senior Physiotherapists and management staff to update the Physiotherapy weekend service and make recommendations to optimise equitability and sustainability for both staff and patients
  • Advocated for junior Physiotherapist’s requests and views and collected data regarding junior staff’s perspectives and current rosters
  • Assisted with data collection and collation using confidential employee profiles with permission from management staff


3. Audit into the Alfred Cystic Fibrosis Evening Telehealth Service
