Key Achievements:
I have been able to complete an urgent Ministerial briefing and PowerPoint presentation on a high-profile CSAG topic. The ministerial briefing required a deep dive into previous CSAG engagements (spanning across a number of years) and preparing a detailed and high-level summary to influence and support the Minister in a meeting held with inter-agency departments and community groups. By using a matter management tool I had implemented for the team I was successfully able to complete this brief within the required time. I successfully considered my audience and tailored the design elements such as use of appropriate imagery, limiting text and using size and placement of graphics to my advantage. This approach ensured conveyed information easily and effectively. Minister's Office thanking me for my work and confirming that the brief was assisted the minister achieving agency outcomes.

replacement of all Monitors, Desktop computers and docking
stations across the SEVIC zone of the Agency.
This required me to attend multiple daily meetings with numerous stakeholders to prepare sites for the upgrade, arranging logistics like room storage, space for skips bins onsite, rostering staff to complete overtime, communicating the access points for each site.
Each site completed while I was in this role was completed
efficiently, on time and with no disruption to the business
requirements of each site.
