2023: Acting Learning Specialist (Curriculum)

-Worked with Literacy Leader and Numeracy Leader, implementing changes across the school

-Working closely with the SIT team and PLC Leaders to ensure learning initiatives were being implemented and PLC culture and curriculum documentation was embedded

-Developed whole school curriculum documentation to help teams map and use the curriculum effectively, and ensure compliance, taking on feedback and adapting them to make sure they were usable and sustainable

-Modelled teaching, following whole school approaches, the RMPS Instructional model and HITS

-Ensuring the AIP was being used to inform teams and their teaching across the school and our KIS were being implemented
