I am responsible for managing specific nights at the club, which includes maintaining an organized reservation book and handling guest check-ins at the entrance. I manage the guest list and take table reservations, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons. Additionally, I assist with banquet set-up and tear-down, address and communicate any complaints to management promptly, and provide guests with detailed information about menu items, drink specials, and other inquiries. I also work closely with management to organize and coordinate parties, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
