  • During my time with IIS I began as an Apprentice Lagger and was responsible for assisting the senior members of the team with a range of tasks such as preparing materials and tools, measuring and other associated tasks
  • I subsequently went to college and completed my apprenticeship and qualified
  • As a qualified technician I was responsible for sheet metal cladding and insulating pipework on a range of busy sites
  • I subsequently was promoted to Supervisor where I had responsibility for ensuring that all work was carried out to a high standard and within the specified timeframes
  • As part of my role with ISS I developed the following skillset: Working on a range of sites that helped me develop my technical skill set

Leadership Experience

I have a keen interest as both a supporter and participant in a vast range of sports including Soccer, Gaelic football and Hurling. I have won a number of trophies and titles during my time with my local clubs. I have also represented Ireland in the apprentice competition know as world skills in 2018. This demonstrates my ability to work as part of a team, and to be quite successful in doing so whilst also using my initiative to work independently when needed.
