I am a dedicated professional with a passion for fraud intelligence, detection, and analytics, which have been the focal points of my career. Recognized as a leader within the federal government, I have consistently excelled in modernizing and enhancing fraud control capabilities. My expertise lies in designing processes that leverage advanced analytical techniques to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.

• Established the Real Time Analysis function including driving the development of the supporting detection program. This capability exceeded all expectations and has altered how Services Australia and other government agencies approach fraud.
• Led the development of a comprehensive Internal Fraud Detection Program within Services Australia.
• Established the Internal Fraud Detection and Data Communities of Practice across government agencies, bringing together 30 agencies to discuss matters of common interest.
• Developed and implemented the Services Australia Internal Fraud case management / Intelligence database utilizing iBase.
• Managed large scale redeployment of staff – In 2022 in response to major emergency events, I managed the redeployment and training of over two hundred staff in 1 week to undertake Fraud assessments.
• Developed, pioneered and set the standard for detection methodologies including risk scoring and watchlist based approaches.
• People Management – Renowned for developing high level capability
• Supporting diversity – Within Services Australia I am the number one employer of neurodiverse staff through the Aurora programs.
• Received a large number of awards, including an Australia Day Award for my work in developing the Internal Fraud detection program. Recently my section (Real Time Analysis) was nominated for a pinnacle award in Services Australia.
