Previous experience as a McDonald's employee and Factory worker has allowed me to gain skills that would help me be a vital employee. Through these jobs i have gained the ability to work together with others in order to achieve a set goal as well as being able to work individually to complete tasks. Through the years i have been required to problem solve tasks that require both immediate response alongside tasked that have a set plan to achieve a joint goal.
Time management is import to any job that needs completing and through my experiences of the last 5 years i have gained the ability to manage multiple tasks while having the knowledge to know when one task is more important than others therefore I'm able to pick the task that needs to be dealt with first.
Attention to detail skills have been worked on due to previous work experience which is a vital skill to have especially in a business that deals with making sure every part of the job is done correctly
By having these skills from experience i believe i could transition smoothly into this new job opportunity.
