- Started in 2019 as a casual team member through Cozwine, performing quality checks on bottled product.
- Was presented with the opportunity to apply as a full time operator towards the end of 2019 and was successful in becoming a full time packaging technician.
- I have since become trained on a variety of machines, including: fillers on all 4 filling lines, labellers and packaging to name a few.
- I have also had the fortunate experience of being able to assist the maintenance crew when they have had scheduled line shutdowns. I have been able to assist with filler and packaging maintenance which has given me more knowledge about how the machines operate.
