• Launched the Baron cabinet with strong, exclusive content, generating ($ currently confidential) in revenue.
• Traveled to different markets, capturing insights and customer feedback on existing products to provide to stakeholders, improving future product quality.
• Overhauled our product database from Access to an in-house system, reducing data redundancy, and delivering alignment for data across the business.
• Developed marketing strategies, identifying trends and gaps, partnering with creative studios to innovate and ensure customer needs are satisfied, reaffirming consumer confidence.
• Established a foundation for new market entries by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver performing content tailored to align with market trends.
• Led product requirement definitions for multiple regions, prioritisation, and trade-off discussions across 13 studios focusing on return on investment.
• Implemented a framework for onboarding new personnel with limited to no gaming industry knowledge.
• Managed and communicated product roadmaps to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.

• Implemented strategies and procedures, training personnel to improve product quality, generating a 5% year-over-year increase in sales.
• Training and development of junior managers, recruitment, and onboarding of new staff members.
• Ensured compliance with all safety & health regulations in the workplace, leading to 100% Brand Standard Visits and resulting in 5-Star Health Ratings.
