Summary

Hi there, Call me Nate.

graduating my Diploma of Nursing in June of 2025, I’m now seeking new opportunities as an Enrolled Nurse to continue to learn and grow into my passion of care for others. Growing up rurally, with so many different aspects of life passing by one by one, the profession of caring for another has been my drive since childhood, motivated by assisting in my grandfathers care as a boy, to working in the aged care industry as a young adult, I know my heart lies in healthcare. As a new graduate, my experience is limited to that of my time as an Assistant in Nursing and my Clinical Placements, but despite this, I bring a pool of talent to the table with an eagerness to develop my skill and knowledge. I hope to join your team and learn, grow and prosper with you together.

Work History

Assistant in Nursing

Beaumont Care
Wamuran, QLD
07.2024 - Current
  • Working as an Assistant in Nursing within the Aged-care and disability industry, I have been afforded the experience of attending to personal hygiene cares, assisting in nutritional needs and exercise, attending to manual handling handling and mobility support of our residents, as well as assisting in clinical observations and participating in palliative cares. Throughout my time in the Aged-care sector, something I think of as the most important skill I've gained, is how to build a rapport with a patient, to treat that patient as a person first, a patient second.
