In this experience I worked as a housekeeper and I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms and common areas, ensuring guests the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, this work allowed me to develop the following skills:

• Cleaning common areas
• Room cleaning
• Organization and planning

During this experience my primary duties were load and unload deliveries, organise stock in the warehouse, pricing products and stocking shelves.

• Operated scanners, computers, and other equipment to track orders.
• Conducted price checks for special orders or discounts as requested by customers.
• Organized promotional displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
• Stocked shelves with merchandise when needed.

In these experience I had a supervising role in a luxurious sunglasses factory, I was responsible to train the new employees, manage all the production process and maintenance of the machinery.

• Coordinated with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Procurement. for smooth functioning of operations.
• Performed regular maintenance checks on machinery used in the manufacturing process.
• Provided technical guidance to staff on manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues.
• Conducted employee training sessions on new products or processes introduced in the plant.
• Provided employee coaching and employment decisions.

In this experience I worked as a warehouse worker, I was responsible to drive the forklift, transport goods to designated areas, loading and unloading trucks and prepare shipments.

• Used pallet jacks to move items to and from warehouse locations.
• Packaged items carefully using protective materials like bubble wrap or foam sheets.
• Transported goods to designated areas within the warehouse facility.
• Loaded and unloaded trucks with hand-trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

In this experience I worked mainly as a cashier, customer service, and in the warehouse, my main tasks were to help customers, reorganize the shop by displaying the items and in the warehouse have an inventory management role.

• Greeted customers and answered any questions they had about the store's products and services.
• Operated cash register efficiently and accurately, processed payments by cash, check, credit card, gift card or automatic debit.
