My proficiency with an oxy torch has allowed me to perform tasks such as joining conductors and cables, as well as heating and removing couplings and bearings. These skills have taught me the importance of precision, safety, and teamwork, shaping me into a diligent and reliable professional. One of my primary responsibilities has been rewinding high-voltage electric motors, a task requiring meticulous attention to avoid damaging coils and ensure correct sequencing and pitch. Additionally, I am skilled in following connection diagrams and performing critical tests on DC and AC motors, such as winding resistance, insulation resistance, surge testing, DC/AC high potential testing, and continuity. These experiences have instilled in me a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. I am particularly driven to pursue this apprenticeship because I am committed to acquiring new skills in the electricity supply industry. I seek a fresh challenge where I can build a long-term career, contribute positively, and expand my technical expertise.
