  • Led the implementation of TfNSW-endorsed standards for consistent processes and procedures in relation to project/program performance parameters, including cost (SAP), schedule (P6), resource (SAVIOM), risk management (ARM), document management (Team Binder), and reporting (Power BI).
  • In collaboration with the relevant Projects Delivery team members, I developed process flows to control the various change processes within the program of works.
