• Delivered NPP payments, self-service, and digital home loans, among many other capabilities.
• Reviewed APIs and led mobile development.
• Provided technical leadership, guidance, and oversight in the implementation of product features.
• Managed risks and worked with other squads in the chapter to produce deliverables and meet product requirements.
• Worked closely with the chapter lead, POs, and BAs to define the scope of deliverables based on business objectives.
