The organisation was operating an established Company 360 platform that required ongoing maintenance and enhancement, while simultaneously initiating the development of a new-generation Company 360 product to modernise capabilities and support future business growth.

Task
I was responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of the existing platform Company 360 & MarketInsight

• Led the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the legacy Company 360 system built on C# and .NET , hosted on Microsoft Azure , ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Implemented D & B Changes in Company 360 and done production deployments with proper CR & Implementation plan.
• Coordination with Security Teams regarding PSA, Pen-test of Company 360 & Marketinsight APP.
• Collaborated with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Handling D& B Changes for Market Insight API

Result

Achieved successful implementation of D&B changes in legacy platforms, resulting in seamless production deployment. Collaborated effectively with the penetration testing team to strengthen security measures.

While working in the software division of a reputed Australian university, the organisation relied heavily on manual, Excel-based processes for data collection, attendance tracking, and reporting, which caused inefficiencies and usability issues for staff.

I was responsible for designing and developing a secure, end-to-end multi-tier .NET application to automate these processes, while working closely with business stakeholders and end-users to ensure the solution met operational needs.

• I engaged directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and understand usability challenges. I designed and developed a multi-tier application using C#, VB.NET, and .NET technologies , replacing manual Excel workflows with an online system.
• We integrated attendance data capture from physical devices and implemented automated reminder emails using C#, improving communication and compliance. Throughout the development process, I ensured the solution aligned with business requirements and usability expectations.

Key Achievements :- The new system significantly improved data accuracy, streamlined daily operations, and reduced manual effort for staff.

Automation of attendance tracking and email reminders improved process efficiency and user adoption, resulting in a more reliable and scalable data management solution for the university.
