Summary

I am a dynamic professional with diverse local and international experience across the early childhood education, government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. With contemporary knowledge and understanding on providing quality care along with working with parents/families with their individual needs and pace. Aside from managing teams, I have expertise in project management with children and their families through my career practice, business process improvement by supporting the tours and orientations, public relations, public speaking, teaching, event coordination, and global mobility. Motivated, reliable, and commercially aware, I have consistently achieved impressive results and have demonstrated an ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and influence others. I had the opportunity to work with YMCA and OAC (Only About Children Pvt. Ltd.) and Green Leaves Early Learning, some of Australia’s largest and most respected early childhood education providers, for over 8 years, where I was frequently promoted. As an energetic and positive person with an inclusive approach, I derive enormous satisfaction from building and maintaining positive working relationships with families, stakeholders, and colleagues. I am now seeking a challenging role in a stimulating, progressive work environment where I can add value to and continue to develop my professional skills as an early childhood professional.
