1. Contributing to the production of jewellery through assistance with various tasks and
processes.
2. Facilitating the production process by coordinating with manufacturing suppliers to prepare
and retrieve job orders upon completion.
3. Compile and generate an annual stock report to facilitate the stocktaking process.
4. Integrate new finished stock into the back-end of our system and establish a connection to
front-end page, enabling customers to access real-time updates of our available inventory.
5. To ensure the timely processing and execution of all orders, it is necessary to coordinate
with the supervisor.
6. Responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of packages to customers and
clients.
7. Perform the necessary cost calculations for all finished items prior to inputting them into
system.
8. Maintain effective communication with the sales team to ensure that all order requirement
have been met.
9. Develop an excel spreadsheet to generate inventory and sales reports, in order to accurately
assess current stock levels and determine production needs.
10. Conduct monthly stocktake to ensure that the physical inventory count reconciles with the
inventory records in the system.
11. Responsible for making bank deposits.
12. Responsible for reviewing and processing jewellery transfer requests from the Melbourne
team.
13. Perform initial quality inspection on all newly-produced items to ensure compliance with
established standards.
14. Provide customer support and address inquiries via telephone and email communication
channels.
15. Manage postage and shipment logistics, including coordination with various carriers such as
Toll, TNT, and Local courier services.
16. Ensure accurate labelling of all Jewellery items with appropriate information.
17. Responsible for ensuring that the Jewellery displays are aesthetically pleasing and
maintained to a high standard.
18. Photograph and record videos of requested Jewellery items and forward them to the
designated personnel in the team.
