• Provide support to people with Autism and their families in their home and assist them to have access to the community.
• Ensure that my client's privacy and decisions are well respected and protected at all times.
• Assist my client to develop independence in personal care, health care, and all necessary domestic and other life skills
• Model appropriate behaviour and facilitate positive Communication between aged and disabled people.
• Assist my client in accessing both medical and dental review and other specialist services, such as a psychologist, speech therapists, physiotherapists
• Undertaking health Care procedures relating to the person’s hygiene and well-being.
• Accurate record keeping of my client's well-being and progress report.
• Support vulnerable groups, including the elderly, youth, migrants, and people living with disability, to navigate access to services and overcome social barriers

• - Care for the various kinds of disabled in different units (shower, toileting, feeding and hygiene)
• - Helping people with a disability to maintain contact with families and friends.
• - Ensure that they take their Meal and medication at the appropriate time.
• - Assess and document the progress of my client's health status and well-being.
• - Assist clients with daily life skills/Behaviour management training.
• - Assist my client to develop independence in personal care, health care, and all necessary domestic and other life skills.
• - Support my client to develop personal, community living skills by facilitating in active participation in budgeting, shopping, cooking and daily living activities.
• - Undertaking health Care procedures relating to the person’s personal hygiene, and well-being.
• - Actively promote and adhere to positive behaviour support principles and strategies
• - Aid disabled and aged people in their own homes/communities to allow them to function more safely and independently on their own.
