Revenue Management system (Revconnect Project), NT Government, OCT 2022 - Current
In this project a new Revenue Management Solution is going to be developed for Territory Revenue office (Part of Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) in Northern Territory Government. The project is expected to deliver a contemporary, integrated solution that will support registration, lodgement, and tax administration processes, replacing existing manual processes and systems.
My role as a Senior Business Analyst is to:
· Supporting the product owner in sprint planning session based on the stakeholders’ expectation, requirement dependencies and priorities.
· Conducting several workshops with the business team in collaboration with other BAs to gather business requirements and translating them into user stories.
· Writing user stories & technical business rulesfor the requirements that gathered on the workshops.
· Designing wireframes for the user stories in my areas such as Instalment Plan, Late Payment, Late Return, Investigation Receipts, etc.
· Managing a Demo session with the stakeholders to finalize all the system/business requirement and gather their constructive feedback.
· Supporting the scrum master in sprint retrospective session to improve our way of working for the following sprints.
· Supporting the development and QA team to understand the rules and writing test cases.
Real Time Creditor ID Validation, Department of Communities
Tasmania August 2022 – OCT 2022
In this Project, an API Integration was incorporated into the Project to verify the creditor ID that users of the CPIS application (Child Protection-Information Sharing) are required to input. The validation process involved checking the ID against the FinanceOne application, which produced the Creditor ID.
As a senior BA in this project:
· I Conducted several meetings with the internal key stakeholders to gather the system/ business requirements and propose the new changes for the current application.
· Prepared the API design documentation with changes and business rules that need to be applied on the current systems.
