Customer Experience Improvement EUGDPR Project (Customer Remediation Team), General data protection regulation was implemented in May 2018 with the aim to respect people's privacy by making banks delete their personal data. I was part of the project to ensure the bank is compliant with the law and ePrivacy regulation. The project allowed me to take measures to ensure that the bank is engaging securely with its customers.
