* Nurse and team leader for a 91 year old male patient diagnosed with bronchiectasis, HTN, DM type 2, BPH and diverticulitus.

* Patient was bedridden and dependent on ADLS

* Resposibilities included: supervising the rostered health care workers (CGs) and working together with them in providing patient care, administering medications, taking vital signs every 4 hours, feeding the patient, bathing the patient, assisting the patient in doing regular exercises, taking patient for monthly clinics at the hospital for change of IFC and educating and informing the family constantly about the patient via verbal handovers.

• From December 2022- September 2023, looked after 4 patients with multiple commodities:
• Patients and their Diagnosis include:
• 11year old female with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, chronic lung disease and post MESA 2 (K2M) scoliosis surgery
• 22year old female with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and developmental delay
• 40year old male with progressive multiple sclerosis with multiple relapses
• 75year old female with chronic asthma, diabetes mellitus type 2, Alzheimer's disease, ischemic heart disease and hypertension
• Responsibilities included administering medication, documenting, sorting out the clinics as well as the patient's medications and consumables supply and supervising the healthcare assistants on duty by delegating the routine care of each patient.
• Was community health nurse for a 2year old male patient with congenital muscle dystrophy and dystroglycanopathy with eye and brain abnormalities (January 2023-May 2023)
• Nursed a 40 year old ventilated patient with amyotrophic lateral schizophrenic and chronic respiratory failure from July 2022-September 2022.
• Nursed a 40 year old quadriplegic patient with multiple sclerosis with multiple relapses since August 2021- July 2022 before becoming the main community health nurse.

• Registered Nurse at Women’s Medical Ward from 2020-2021
• Member of Covid response team looking after covid patients during the first and second wave at Lautoka hospital
• Registered Nurse at Accidents and Emergency department from the year 2017-2020
• Intern Nurse doing general nursing on rotational basis from 2016-2017- covering all the departments in the hospital including acute care, critical care, maternity and paediatric departments
• Clinical practice done at Lautoka Hospital in 2015 as a trainee nurse

• Clinical Practice done as a trainee nurse covering all the departments: OT, Medical/Surgical, ICU, CCU, Burns unit, Paediatrics , maternity and CSSD.

• Clinical practice done as a trainee nurse from September 2015- November 2015, doing management in nursing as well as profiling for the rural community.

• Clinical practice as trainee nurse covering IMCI, MCH, GOPD and Labour Ward departments.
