• Strategise and liaise with Rehabilitation workers for injured workers return to work programs.

• Facilitate schools based Work Experience programs in our workshop

• Develop and train staff using SOP (safe operating procedures). Implement SOP's for all new and existing workshop equipment

Undertake training and practical skills for a 4 year term. Including but not limited to:

Research, Design, cutting of materials, fabrication of materials, all forms of welding including-MMA, GMAW, GTAW, Sub arc welding, Oxy/Acetylene welding.

Adhering to safety protocols including job safety analysis, Risk assessments and hazard mitigation.
