  • Company Overview: St Bart's is an Anglican agency, providing safe and supportive accommodation and services for vulnerable people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma and hardship, through transitional accommodation, mental health services, social housing and homeless aged care services
  • Leading and delivering the Partnerships & Relationships priority of the current strategic plan
  • Developing partnerships and relationships to raise the profile, improve engagement, grow fundraising and enhance service delivery for St Bart's to be a leader in the homelessness sector

  • Company Overview: Access Housing Australia was one of Western Australia's leading not-for-profit providers of Community Housing, managing, purchasing and developing secure, sustainable and affordable homes for some of the most vulnerable people in society. On 1 July 2020, AHA completed a merger with Melbourne based, Housing Choices Australia to form the second largest community housing provider in Australia, with approximately $1bn of managed housing assets across WA, NSW, Victoria, SA and Tasmania
  • As CEO of AHA, leading and overseeing consistent high quality delivery of housing, tenant, property, asset management and development services
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to service level and funding agreements, regulatory and performance benchmarks, relevant legislative requirements, reporting requirements and budgets
  • Assessing potential partners, suppliers, or customers of interest with a view to future business relationships
  • Ensuring effective oversight and operation of corporate systems, policies and processes to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Providing high level advice and support to the board, committees and management team on community housing and corporate matters

  • Company Overview: UCIC is the largest congregation within the Uniting Church in Australia (WA) holding the beneficial ownership of a significant commercial land holding in Perth's CBD with a value in the order of $250million and responsibility for three heritage listed churches
  • UCIC also operate several mission programs, oversight of which sat with the General Manager
  • The largest mission program is the unique Trinity School for Seniors, operating five days a week, offering 115 courses to 850 students all of whom are aged 60 and above
  • Conceived, developed and implemented the 'Purpose driven Property' concept adopted across the UCIC portfolio
  • Created the successful ‘Letters to Perth' campaign as a positive response to the infamous ‘Meth zombie' media story
  • Developed UCIC's sustainability strategy resulting in winning the Property Council of Australia's Sustainability award
  • Property Council of Australia Excellence in Marketing award
  • Led and developed UCIC's inaugural Strategic Plan (2015 - 2018) and subsequent review in 2019
