  • November 2017 worked in a Sub foreman roll on the Westrak Caterpillar warehouse build in Casula, a 14,000m2 purpose built facility ($15,400,000 project cost)
  • June 2018 electrolux office and distribution centre Casula, 2,500m2 office, 600m2 showroom, multi level carpark and 1,500m2 test and repair work shop. (project cost after variations including a 20,000m2 warehouse $23,000,000)
  • December 2018 promoted to site Foreman commenced the construction of building 1 of 3, a 26,000m2 spec build warehouse and office block of 2000m2 in Yennora (project cost $19,000,000)
  • June 2019 took over as Foreman on a 22,000m2 warehouse build comprising two offices and 225m long suspended fire trail for charter hall (project cost $21,000,000)
  • February 2020 commenced the demolition of the previous coles distribution warehouse in smithfield which included the safe removal and disposal of asbestos roof 53,000m2 in total. In its place two 20,000m2 warehouses with a total of 8 high end offices were built for Goodman. (Project cost $63,000,000)
  • April 2022 commence the build of two warehouses building 3 of 6 14,000m2 and building 4 of 6 16,000m2 total with a total of 7 offices. The development is sprawled across 12.5 hectares in Auburn at the former train switchyard (Total project worth $120,000,000)
  • My role as a foreman was to lias with trades in order of works, coordinate and communicate with trades well in advance.
  • Coordinate trades in orderly and staged manner.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and crane lifts between trades and General foreman.
  • Conduct daily quality checks and update diary of any new defects or issues that require attention.
  • Review site safety on a daily basis and implement any required corrective safety actions to mitigate risk to all site personnel.
