• Effectively manage crews of up to 30 scaffolders.
• Conduct morning pre-starts, attend site meetings (internal and external).
• Monitor work progress.
• Communicate with other site supervisors for new jobs they require.
• Measure/Scope jobs.
• Write gear lists/order gear from off site yard.
• Conduct verbal/written handovers with nightshift.
