Providing excellent customer service to our clients from all around the country

Offering clients a personal experience to ensure every client is made to feel important

Ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our busy design establishment

Staff rostering

Being knowledgeable about every aspect of our business and relaying this information to our customers

In this role I was responsible for:

Providing the facilitation of trade and movement of people across the Australian border while also protecting the community and maintaining compliance within Australian law

Working alongside and on behalf of the Department of Immigration

Performed duties in accordance with Customs legislation, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment

Using critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.

In this role I was responsible for:

Facilitating communication between flight deck and cabin crew prior to and during flights to promote smooth operations

Attending workshops and trainings in customer service, conflict resolution tactics and safety procedures to keep abreast of all new requirements and procedures

Working as a team member to provide a positive and productive work environment
