In this role I performed the following duties to a high standard;

- Independently teaching public and private painting workshops

- Maintaining an upbeat and enthusiastic presence

- Creating meaningful rapport with customers

- Opening and closing procedures

- Ordering stock

- Managing staff availabilities and creating weekly rosters

As a FSA at a nursing home key parts of my role included;

- Attention to detail, ensuring the dietary requirements of each resident are adhered to

- Maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment

- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals

- Providing excellent and personal care to each resident

Working at the Albury Base Hospital during the initial outbreak of Covid-19 provided significant challenges but did not impact my ability to prepare and provide nutritional food for patients in a friendly and efficient manner. Other duties included;

- Preparing tea and coffee

- Abiding to a strict timeline of service

- Adapting to a diverse work environment

- Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation

- Customer service

- Food service

- Handling money

- Using POS/till system

- Cleaning and sanitising

- Cooperating with other employees

- Opening and closing procedures
