As the Resort Manager of an Eco Lodge and Day spa I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business including customer service, day to day operations, all technical systems and efficiency, productivity and profitability. I would oversee a team of front office staff, day spa therapists, housekeepers and maintenance crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, on time and to a high standard. I was also responsible for guest satisfaction, all problem solving and trouble shooting, administrative tasks such as billing, booking, scheduling and staff rostering.
