As the Resort Manager of an Eco Lodge and Day spa I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business including customer service, day to day operations, all technical systems and efficiency, productivity and profitability. Two co-creators and I created a website from the ground up, developing a presence and following within the local town of Banff and accessing international travelers, resulting in local businesses contacting us for a paid subscription to the site.
