Motivated and passionate graduate pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education at Victoria University, Sydney Campus. Aspiring to leverage my strong academic foundation in Public Health and Early Childhood Education to foster the holistic well-being, learning, and development of young children. Open to undertaking a traineeship to gain practical experience and further develop skills before transitioning to an official role as an educator or early childhood teacher. Dedicated to building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive community. My teaching philosophy centres on recognizing and valuing each child as an individual with unique strengths. I believe every student deserves equal access to high-quality, inclusive education, allowing them to fully participate in a safe and nurturing environment. I see my role as essential in creating this inclusive space for all learners, grounded in evidence-based practices. Furthermore, I prioritize building partnerships and collaborating with families and communities, recognizing their vital role in shaping and enriching student's educational experiences.
