Duties associated with providing administrative support to the real sector:

• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and governmental policies in certificates issued by monitoring and control entities, tender processes declarations submitted to DIAN, which stands for 'Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales' in Spanish, is Colombian government agency responsible for managing taxes and customs duties. It oversees tax collection, customs enforcement, and trade regulations within Colombia.
• Check that organisations adhere to IPSAS, as adopted within the country as a component of convergence with international standards.
• Overseeing around 200 source documents for each item (varying based on the entity's size and the sample generated) on a quarterly basis, to uphold transparency in handling and utilizing public funds, and being accountable to the public.
• Assess whether public resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve government objectives and policies.
• Consider the social impact of public programmes and expenditures, ensuring that resources are used for the benefit of society.

Duties related to the administrative support of the companies such as warehousing, holding, commission agent, insurance, pensions, severance and fiduciary:

• Attending to the meeting for the readiness of certificates of monitoring and control entities, DIAN and tenders, making sure the use of standard models according to bulletins
• Understanding of businesses and client industries as part of the planning and inclusion of the tool, eAudit
• Participating in the development of analytical reviews, financial indicators, budget adherence, budget variations reviews of financial statements, among others
• Audit testing, design and implementation on identified controls by the team work, substantive procedures
• Making of audit procedures for the applicable risk systems to the entities in charge such as SARLAFT, SIPLAFT, SAC and SARO
• Reviewing of financial statements with their respective accounting official books, along with the management report
• Resolving the areas of work review
• Reporting on the advances, problems and necessities of the client
• Maintain the audit methodology, bulletins and company normativity updated
• Documenting and reporting the audit findings
• Contributing with ideas the lead to the improvement of audit procedures
• Keeping the work documentation updated and organized
• Management of data model, JD Edwards.
