I am a self-motivated, friendly and reliable person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. With a professional customer service skilled in achieving sales targets in high-end merchandise environments and an eye for detail I aim to pursue my passion for customer service or any type of job in a team where I can work collaboratively with others towards an objective of professional excellence. In 2009 I completed my Certificate 1 In General Construction: Building Construction studies and also obtained a Certificate 1 In Introductory Vocational Education: Building Construction in 2011. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet in somehow of the needs of this role. While completing my studies I worked part-time as a Carpenter at LT Carpentry. After that I worked part-time as a Customer Service Assistant for The fish factory and moved to the full time position from 2013 till the beginning of 2017. My responsibilities in this role included providing face-to-face customer service and assisting on the floor with stock movements and visual merchandising. From January 2017 to July 2017, I have employed as a seafood processing worker at International Oyster & Seafoods. My daily duties include but not limited to filleting fish to order, opening oysters and packaging products. From July 2017 til early 2018, I have worked for Cleanseas Seafood Limited, in this job, I am supervising the workshop as well as filleting and packaging the product lines. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. While I was having some time off work due to private issue, I enrolled to Real Eastate Course to keep myself busy learning new skills and open my knowledge to a different area from all the things that I had done in the past. In October 2018, I start working for Startrack Adelaide and getting familiar with all the production lines, loading areas, scanners.
