  • Built and maintained lasting relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to better understand their current and future recruitment needs. These relationships have been built by my demonstration of good recruitment practices and results alongside my natural ability to form relationships with a variety of personality types and people with different backgrounds.
  • Established lasting relationships with industry professionals through networking events, ensuring solidification of our good company reputation and fostering long-term talent pipelines. Recent events have included the Women in Digital awards, Shecodes events and a Technology golf event.
  • Reduced agency reliance by leveraging my personal network and our internal database which I have built over the past two years. This has directly contributed to reducing our FY24 agency spend by $660,000.00 compared to FY23.
  • Mentored and led the team of corporate recruitment advisors in best practices and empowered them to achieve their best outcomes. From new starters to junior members looking to hone their skills.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with our wider P&C teams to streamline onboarding and recruitment processes for candidates and new hires. One of the projects was the implementation of our new HRIS system from Salesforce to UKG. I was heavily involved in the UAT for UKG and have since acted as an SME to the team and my stakeholders.
  • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations and have acted as an SME for sponsorship visas both for candidates onshore and offshore.
  • Partnered with our Technology Academy Lead to support our long-term growth and development opportunities within the business.
  • Managed end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously within my Technology portfolio and more recently assisting with the wider business alongside my Technology roles.
