Accomplishments

Soon after purchasing HFCC, I identified the opportunity for a significant additional stream of revenue in the form of off-site catering for large events. I targeted suitable venues (including Princes Wharf No. 1, MAC 02 and Hobart City Hall) and forged relationships with their management teams. I realised that to effectively market our capabilities in this field, a distinct brand identity was required, so I established Pristine Catering and Events. I created a website, social media accounts, printed brochures, staff uniform, and I commissioned a promotional video.

Throughout 2014 our off-site bookings grew steadily, and we were regularly catering for large events such as gala and awards dinners for between 500 and 1200 guests. Through 2015 and 2016 our overall revenue was double what it had been prior to the conception of Pristine.
