  • Taught 4th/ 5th and 6th grade in a multigrade setting for the first two years of my employment. Implementing two different curriculum stages and ensuring differentiation was being carried out in each lesson.
  • Taught single stream 4th grade in my third year of employment.
  • Acted as assistant sports coordinator in the school. This involved organising the school sports day, active week and organising for outside parties to teach Gaelic Football and Soccer to our students twice a week.
  • Had an assistant role in two curriculum areas - Geography and Science. This involved coordinating the Geography and Science school policies and working alongside staff members to ensure that the curricular needs are being met in each class level.
  • Organised and hosted the 6th grade graduation two years in a row. This involved directing performances from the students, arranging food and refreshment plans and creating videos of the students time in our school.
  • Was in charge of the green schools committee in my third year of employment. Our school was awarded with a green flag under the theme of “water”.
